Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of postural yoga which combines a progressive series of movements with the breath.
Practicing Ashtanga yoga regularly will strengthen the body, increase flexibility and help with many common ailments such as stiffness and back pain. Regular practitioners also report being calmer and more relaxed, enjoying better sleep and an overall improvement in vitality and well-being.
